It’s easy to think of Body Image as an issue that doesn’t crop up until the teen years, but in fact children will begin forming the basis for a healthy - or unhealthy - body image at a very young age.

The 7-Point Parental Compass is a core, down to earth parenting approach to help start the conversation with children about the things they see or do. If you haven’t taken our "Raising Resilient Kids: Intro to the Parental Compass" course, we suggest you do so to get a better understanding of how it works.
